Recognized as one of today’s greatest sopranos, Inva Mula was born in Tirana, Albania. Raised in a family of artists, her parents, Nina and Avni Mula were famous artists in Albania. Inva Mula began taking piano lessons and performed her first concert at the age of five.
She soon received many awards and recognition from the public and her songs and interpretations growingly became famous to people of her generation.
She studied singing at the Conservatory of Tirana, then began her career in Albania. Following several victories in singing competitions, she decided to pursue a career abroad, and moved to France in 1992.
She took part in the very first Operalia competition, organized by Placido Domingo in Paris in 1993, where she won the first price.
Genc Tukiçis a pianist and composor of dual nationality, Albanian and French.
He graduated from the Conservatory of Tirana and the Normal School of Music of Paris-Alfred Cortot, where he currently works.
His international career as a concert pianist has led him to play in the greatest musical halls. Some of the concerts, held at the Sommets Musicaux de Gstaad in Switzerland, Salle Gaveau and Cortot in Paris, and the prestigious theater Town Hall in New York, have earned him recognition as one of the most remarkable pianists of his generation.
He received the prestigious Nino Rota prize which rewards "a great musician, of international level" and particularly noted his "superb interpretations
made from heart and spirit, in perfect symbiosis with the orchestra.”
